This pool villa project began construction in October 2024 on a 50-square-wah plot with a total budget of 2 million baht. The cost covered building materials and labor for the villa itself, including basic plumbing, electrical systems, and one small swimming pool. Although originally scheduled for completion within three months, the project ended up taking twice as long due to the villa’s detailed and customized design, along with several unforeseen circumstances. It was successfully completed and handed over in April 2025. The property belongs to one of North Build Chiang Mai’s co-founders, Khao Fang.
Khao Fang was extremely pleased with the outcome. The construction was carried out by skilled and trustworthy builders—both her own team and carefully selected subcontractors. Their professionalism, responsibility, and honesty throughout the process were a key inspiration for her and Attorney Ek to launch North Build Chiang Mai, with the shared goal of helping more clients access high-quality, dependable construction teams.
The villa features a rectangular layout with a curved front façade and seven tall vertical-pane windows and one large glass window. The walls are built with brick and finished with plaster and skim coat, both inside and out. The interior is divided into four functional areas:
- Living/sleeping area (with space for a bed, table, chairs, etc.)
- Toilet
- Utility zone (with a bathtub, sink, and wardrobe)
- Shower room
Both the interior and exterior ceilings are finished with wood paneling, and all doors are made of wood. The roof structure is made of steel, and the roofing is finished with tiles. The floor is finished with parquet wood flooring. Outside, the property includes a small pavilion and a compact swimming pool at the front. The entrance and surrounding areas are finished with exposed aggregate concrete, providing a durable, slip-resistant surface with a natural, textured look.
