Who We Are?

North Build Chiang Mai is a sole proprietorship founded by Jarudech Pechpoom (Attorney Ek), a purpose-driven lawyer based in Chiang Mai. He provides legal services to both Thai and expatriate clients—primarily in Chiang Mai and throughout northern Thailand.

Through his legal practice, Attorney Ek witnessed a recurring problem in the local construction industry: while experienced contractors are easy to find, truly trustworthy and responsible ones are rare. Many homeowners have suffered financial losses and legal trouble after hiring contractors who abandoned projects midway or delivered substandard work that failed to meet the contract.

After helping manage the construction of a pool villa for his partner’s business, Attorney Ek gained hands-on experience leading construction teams. He and his partner not only found skilled workers, but also learned how to communicate effectively, maintain quality control, and ensure accountability throughout the process.

In his teenage years, Attorney Ek also worked in construction himself—and later, as a lawyer, he developed deep insight into the legal challenges that homeowners face when construction goes wrong. He knows where problems tend to arise, and more importantly, how to prevent them from the start.

Driven by a vision to improve the standard of local construction services, Attorney Ek founded North Build Chiang Mai—a business built not just on experience, but on reliability, integrity, and accountability. Only professionals who meet the business’s strict standards are selected to join the North Build team.
